Monday WordPress Woes

I picked the wrong day to give up sniffing glue! Been building a new WordPress site and I was trying to migrate it to a new domain when something went very wrong. I had a backup before you ask, but when I tried to restore it, things went tits up Here are the results of the MySQL CLI alchemy: (edited to just show errors)

Joining the Rasberry Pi revolution

I picked up a few Rasberry Pis from Amazon.com and I’m glad I waited a while so I could get the Pi 3, which seems to be a step up from its predecessor in terms of performance. Amazon.com now delivers to Thailand and includes taxes in the shipping so there’s no more to pay. This is a huge step forward as previously dubious import charges were levied by the courier. Had a wander around the web in the wee hours of this morning and came across Emmet which I thought looked interesting so I downloaded npp to get it going. I’ve been hand-coding my HTML for 18 months now which has been a great learning experience. It’s getting a little tiresome now and I need some help 🙂 Opened and installed with Wine and guess what?
